Les Notes d’information sont préparées par le Groupe d’évaluation scientifique et technique de la Convention afin de partager les connaissances techniques et scientifiques sur les zones humides avec un plus vaste public.

Les Notes d'information sont revues de manière interne par les membres du GEST et par un petit comité éditorial interne comprenant la Présidente du GEST et le responsable du domaine thématique ou de la tâche concernée, avec le concours du Secrétaire général adjoint de la Convention.

Briefing Notes are reviewed internally by STRP members and an internal editorial panel, comprised of the STRP Chair and the responsible Thematic Work Area lead or task lead, assisted by the Convention's Deputy Secretary General and Scientific and Technical Support Officer.
