Most recently with the Finance Department of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva. Apart from his training in accountancy, Mr. Shaame has a sound knowledge of computer hardware and software packages. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Swahili, with familiarity with German as well
