The excursion to lake Sevan took place under a blue winter sky after a night's snowfall.

It included visits of the ancient churches along lake Sevan (from left, Ciasca, Beltram, Villalba) . . .

the National Park Museum (pictured is Goran Gugic from Croatia with the endemic Ishkhan trout) . . .

and the underground hydropower plant (362 steps down and up again) . . .
