The Secretariat is pleased to enclose on a CD-ROM the Proceedings of Ramsar COP9 (Kampala, Uganda, 8-15 November 2005). The CD-ROM contains the following items in the three official languages of the Convention, English, French and Spanish:

• Resolutions adopted by the 9th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties
  These are the final version of the 25 Resolutions adopted by Ramsar COP9. The Resolutions are also available in the three official languages of the Convention on the Ramsar Web Site at: http://www.ramsar.org/index_cop9_e.htm.

• List of Participants

• National Reports submitted by the Contracting Parties prior to COP9

• Information documents distributed to Contracting Parties prior to COP9

• Results of all the pre-COP9 Ramsar regional meetings
