Note: Documents for the 26th meeting of the Ramsar Standing Committee were posted in hardcopy to all Standing Committee members and registered observers in three mailings: 15-19 October, 2 November, and 12 November 2001. Readers wishing to comment on the content of the SC26 papers were invited to contact the Ramsar Bureau or their Regional Representatives on the Standing Committee. Documents marked "tabled" were generated and distributed during the course of the meetings, 3-7 December 2001.
