Dear Dorothea,

Here are some photos from celebration of World Wetlands day in Serbia, held in Institute for Nature Conservation, Department in Novi Sad, February 2nd, 2007.

Here is some brief explanation of the programme:

Opening speech:

As it is obvious from the photos, there were a lot of people on the celebration, among which from Environmental Ministry and Secretariat, Institute for Nature Conservation, Managers of Ramsar sites in Serbia, Managers of National Parks, University in Novi Sad, members of environmental NGOs, students, journalists...
