Hong Kong Wetland Park's Education Kit (02/03/07)

Hello everyone:

Readers may remember a message to the list in May of last year highlighting the opening of Hong Kong Wetland Park. As well as providing an on-the-spot wetland experience for children and teachers, the Park has recently developed a wetland education kit to assist teachers design a wetland-related education programme and conduct their own education activities at the Park. Hong Kong Wetland Park, developed and managed by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation, comprises a 10,000 square metre indoor interactive centre and a 60-hectare wetland reserve with boardwalks, hides and walking trails.
