Development of a CEPA strategy and action plan - expertise sought (29/02/08)

Here's a message from Alvin Lopez, the International Transboundary Advisor for a UNDP project in the Prespa Lakes Basin of Albania, FYR-Macedonia and Greece. I have not attached the documents Alvin mentions – there are three relevant documents to be consulted:
