Wayanad

Up on our request you have provided some esteemed resource materials which we could distribute among interested community involved in conservation and sustainable development. We do humbly express our sincere thanks for the same.

We are happy to inform you that this year we could successfully commemorate the World Wetlands Day on 2nd of February. We have collected posters from students and general public to exhibit them at our Interpretation Centre & Museum inside the protected area. Simultaneously we could arrange for gatherings at public places to make aware of wetland conservation and sustainable development. Also in connection with this year’s World Wetlands Day celebrations on 2nd of February myself could present a talk regarding Wetland Conservation at the All India Radio – Calicut. We do attach few photographs of the selected events. We are afraid if this report may be little overdue but we request for your pardon. Thanking you very much.

Yours sincerely,
Manoj Balakrishnan,
