Hello everyone,

I would be most grateful if anyone could please send me links/names of development aid organisations (based in the Netherlands) that might possibly be interested in funding/supporting the wise use of wetlands towards poverty reduction.

Many thanks, Kemi

Kemi,

In response to your message below I would strongly suggest you consult the online "Directory of Development Organizations". http://www.devdir.org/index.html. The directory is organized in such a way as to facilitate answering this kind of inquiry. Of course, this may not lead directly to the information you need but it should get you started in the correct direction. Furthermore, the Dutch office of overseas assistance should have a list of more specific organizations within the Netherlands. You might also want to look at Development Gateway: http://www.developmentgateway.org/ And, if those don't help you might consult the links at SCIDEVNET http://www.scidev.net/ ,UNDP, UNEP, etc.
