Significant events in the life of the Ramsar Bureau - The Catalan evening, April 2001
In their neverending pursuit of cultural diversity, the Ramsar Bureau staff and collaborators do Catalan cuisine, 28 April 2001 (Scots and Belgian are in the project development phase for the coming months)

On the left: the hostess, Paulette Kennedy, who welcomed everyone to her house in Signy, partially to get preferential Catalan helpings and partially to celebrate her husband Keith's completion of his PhD.
