Ramsar Intern for Asia (Assistant to the Regional Coordinator for Asia)

Thailand; Ramsar Intern 2000-

Graduated from the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University in Thailand, in 1997, with a major in Watershed Management. Completed her Master’s Degree at the Institute for Hydrospheric-Atmospheric Sciences at Nagoya University, Japan, on a scholarship from the UNESCO International Hydrological Program scholarship, with a thesis on "Diurnal and Seasonal Variation of Stomatal Conductance of Six Plant Species Composing Warm-Temperate Forest". Returned to Thailand to work with the Asia-Europe Environmental Technology Centre, an international centre dealing with various environmental matters, as an Assistant to Core-Staff.
