Iran's Ramsar Game

Iran's Ramsar game launched at the International Environment Festival
Tehran, August 2008

The game has been translated in Farsi by the Ramsar Regional Center for Central and West Asia (RRC-CWA). With the support of the RRC-CWA and the Conservation of Iranian Wetlands project, 1000 copies of this game have been made and distributed to some selected school with the help of the Ministry of Education and some teachers at these schools have been trained in using the game by the NGO Bachehaye Ab (the CEPA NGO Focal Point for Iran for the Ramsar Convention).

It is hoped that with the help of a potential donor RRC-CWA will be able to print 4000 more copies of this game to allow for its wider distribution throughout the country.
